Welcome to the website for
Stuck Pixel Fixer by Cameron Gray.
This is a very simple program that can fix stuck pixels on your LCD
monitor. This program will work in the majority of cases but
is not always successful, but it is obviously worth a try. It
really depends on what is causing the pixel to become stuck.
IMPORTANT:
This program will display flashing colours/colors which make
it
unsuitable for users with Photo-Sensitive Epilepsy.
What
is a "Stuck Pixel?"
A stuck pixel is a pixel that is stuck on. These are either
red, green or blue and are visible all the time that the monitor is on.
The best way to see these pesky pixels is to display a black
screen on your computer e.g. a black PowerPoint
tm
slide. Any stuck pixels will show up as tiny coloured dots.
Stuck or Dead?
Be sure to know the difference between "Stuck" and "Dead" pixels.
A dead pixel is a pixel that is... well... dead. It
will never light up and will show up as a tiny black dot.
This program can only fix stuck pixels, dead pixels
will not be repaired by this program.
